[ONLINE-WORKSHOP] The transition from university to professional life comes with many opportunities but also growing uncertainties. In today’s tight job market, entry-level positions are limited. At the same time, technological developments, particularly in the field of AI, are fundamentally changing many professions, making it harder to assess long-term career prospects. This presents students with the challenge of making informed and future-oriented decisions. The seminar supports participants in working on a personal career vision and reflecting on realistic expectations of professional fulfillment. Based on this, concrete next steps are derived. Agile career planning is introduced as a method to manage uncertainty confidently and to evaluate different options in a structured way. Practical exercises also help participants recognize and constructively work on their own strengths, motivations, and internal barriers.
