Teilnahmebedingungen

Die Teilnahme am Buddy Programm "Together@HHN" ist ehrenamtlich und somit unentgeltlich. Als Anerkennung für Dein Engagement stellen wir Dir gerne ein Teilnahmezertifikat aus. Voraussetzung dafür ist, dass Du uns am Ende des Semesters ein gemeinsames Foto mit Deinem Buddy bei einer Aktivität sowie den ausgefüllten Feedbackbogen sendest.

Conditions of Participation

Participation in the "Together@HHN" Buddy Programme is voluntary and unpaid. As recognition of your commitment, we’re happy to issue you a certificate of participation. To receive it, please send us a photo of you and your Buddy engaged in an activity together, along with the completed feedback form at the end of the semester.

Datenschutzerklärung
Hiermit bestätige ich, dass ich am Buddy Programm „Together@HHN“ der Hochschule Heilbronn teilnehmen werde und bin einverstanden, dass die Stabsstelle Internationalisierung meine Daten speichert und verarbeitet. Die Stabsstelle Internationalisierung gibt meine Daten nicht weiter, bis auf meinen Namen, meine E-Mail-Adresse und ggf. meine Telefonnummer, die meinem Buddy mitgeteilt werden.

Policy of processing personal data

I hereby confirm that I will participate in the „Together@HHN“ Buddy Programme at Hochschule Heilbronn and give my consent that my personal data will be forwarded to the Internationalisation Unit for processing. The information will not be forwarded further, except for my name, email address and phone optionally, which will be given to my Buddy.
