In 2016, Tobias Hahn and his co-founders set about to digitalize biopharma downstream process (DSP) development. The mission was to be able to replace as many laboratory experiments as possible with computer simulations. In his presentation he will talk about this journey and demonstrate the degree of maturity of the technology using exemplary applications. After GoSilico was acquired by Cytiva in late May, it's also time to look ahead to discuss how the DSP landscape could change over the next years and what this means for students and aspiring leaders.
