Nachhaltige Ernährungssysteme

Der Fachbereich 09 veranstaltet am 13. und 14. Januar 2024 seine diesjährige Hochschultagung mit dem Thema "Nachhaltige Ernährungssysteme". Studierende sind herzlich eingeladen!

Angesichts des Bevölkerungswachstums und einer wachsenden Ungleichheit ist die Sicherstellung nachhaltiger Ernährung eine immense interdisziplinäre Herausforderung. Die Transformation der Ernährungssysteme erfordert die Berücksichtigung aller Stufen von Produktion bis Recycling, im Einklang mit den 17 Zielen für nachhaltige Entwicklung (SDGs).

Unter dem Tagungsthema „Nachhaltige Ernährungssysteme“ wollen wir Ideen entwickeln und diskutieren, um die Zukunft der Nahrungsmittelproduktion und -konsumption nachhaltig zu gestalten, um sowohl die Bedürfnisse der heutigen als auch kommender Generationen zu erfüllen.

Die Hochschultagung bietet eine Plattform für den interdisziplinären Austausch und die Vernetzung von Studierenden, Forschenden sowie Praktikerinnen und Praktikern. Nur durch eine ganzheitliche Betrachtung und Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Disziplinen können nachhaltige Ernährungssysteme entwickelt werden.
