Note: The event has limited capacity. Therefore, the organizers reserve the right to restrict the number of students or participants from the same organization to ensure fair access in the case of high demand.

Participation in the conference dinner is free of charge. For reasons of transparency, we are disclosing the value per person: €60.

Guests/participants from public institutions: We assume that those individuals from public institutions who will attend the event have their employer's authorization (Dienstherrengenehmigung).
