By completing your registration, you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions: 

1. Event Registration and Confirmation  

• By completing the registration process, you have to agree to these Terms and Conditions.  

• Participants are required to ensure that the correct Participant Category is selected during registration. Misrepresentation of the Participant Category may result in additional charges or cancellation of the registration.

• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration. 

2. Cancellation Policy  

• Attendee Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing to communications@munitionclearanceweek.org. Refunds are processed as follows:  

• Cancellations received more than 40 days before the event: Full refund minus an administrative fee of €70.  

• Cancellations received 30-20 days before the event: 50% refund.  

• Cancellations received less than 20 days before the event: No refund.  

• Event Cancellations or Changes: The organiser reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, or venue and to cancel the event if necessary. In the case of event cancellation, attendees will receive a full refund. The organiser is not liable for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation.  

3. Payment Terms  ​​​​​​​

• Payment must be made in full at the time of registration via the payment service provided by Eveeno. Accepted payment methods include those offered through Eveeno (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).

• Bank transfers must be completed within the payment period of 10 business days. 

• Unpaid registrations may be automatically canceled by the system if payment is not received within the specified time frame.

4. Substitution Policy  

• Substitutions of attendees from the same organisation are allowed at no extra charge. Please notify the organiser in writing at least 10 business days before the event. Substitutions cannot be guaranteed after that.  

5. Liability  

• The organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred by attendees during the event.  

• The organiser is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).  

6. Photography and Recording  

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by the organisers or published in the press.  

7. Data Protection  

• Personal information collected during registration will be used only for event purposes (e.g., registration, communication, badges). For more details, please refer to the organiser's Privacy Policy.

8. Health and Safety  

• Attendees agree to comply with all health and safety regulations in place at the event venue.   

9. Code of Conduct  

• Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward others. The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee behaving inappropriately without a refund.  

10. Intellectual Property  

• All content presented at the event is the property of the respective speakers and the organiser. Recording, copying, or distributing presentations without permission is prohibited.  

11. Governing Law  

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in Kiel, Germany.
