MUN Flensburg Conference 2023 Delegate Application

This is the registration form for participants to the MUN Flensburg 2023 conference, taking place from 11th of May until 14th of May 2023. This years topic is "Half Time on Agenda 2030 - Delivering on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals".

There are four committees at our conference that you can choose from.

UNESCO (Level Beginner)

Economic and Social Council (Level Beginner/Intermediate)

Security Council (Level Expert)

Please indicate you first three committee priorities.

In the following, please enter your three country priorities for each committee you are applying to join. To see which countries are available for each committee, please read the following PDF: Available Countries.

E.g.: 1. United Kingdom, 2. New Zeland, 3. Germany

The respective places on the committees will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. In some circumstances, it could happen that the priorities you have selected are already assigned to someone else. The following box is for when your exact priorities cannot be met.

If you would like to participate together with your friends, please agree on a shared group tag and put in the box below. You are still going to represent a country in a committee as an individual on your own, but you can participate together in one committee with you friends each representing different countries or you and your friends represent the same country but in different committees. Therefore, please fill out your preferences according to your group preferences.

We are trying our best to assign countries and committees in order for you to stay together.

This year there will be social events on the weekend of the MUN.

To be able to estimate how many people will attend each social event, we would like to know if you consider attending the following events.

Please be aware that there will be an additionally fee of 8,00 € for the social event on Saturday.

This MUN should be designed to be an event for everyone. So that we can do justice to each person, we would like to know if you have any special circumstances or needs, so that we can accomodate you.

At the moment, we are working on organising a discount for a local hostel as well as potential hostfamilies. We cannot guarantee that we are able to provide something. Nevertheless, for planning issues, would you be in need of an accommodation?

In order to allow for a unique conference we are asking for a participation fee of 25,00 €. The fee will be due from the 1st of April. We will send a reminder with all necessary details.

Since this event is a public event, photos and videos will be taken for marketing purposes. With my participation I agree to these recordings.
