Nobody can teach Olympic weightlifting in just a few days, but the main objective of Oleksiy Torokhtiy is to share his 16 years' of experience in this sport during a 2-day workshop.

2. study of  the biomechanical basis of the Olympic weightlifting exercises

3. technical drills and training
