Bringing theory into practice is of central importance - but also a path paved with stones. This is particularly true for the life sciences and medicine with its many regulatory standards, medical guidelines and quality requirements. Do you know, what needs to be done to bring medical research to patient care? Good, we didn't either!

With this event we, the DWI fiT, the UKA, and the RWTH Innovation Expert Hub Life Science aim to give an overview over translation processes at RWTH Aachen and the UKA. We highlight which support you can get, including ways to convert your translation idea into a start-up,or industrial partnering, and who the right contacts in Aachen are. This event targets professors, researcher, students, employees as well as entrepreneurs equally.

Apart from insights on the process and the key contacts, you will have the opportunity to pitch your research and translation idea, get feedback and win great prices . If you want to join, please send your idea and pitchdeck by 04.04.2024.
