Our program is taught by experienced RG and Player Protection professionals who have worked directly and indirectly with both operators and individuals experiencing gambling disorders and addictions, ensuring that our trainings are based on practical approaches. We use real-world scenarios and case studies to provide realistic insights and ensure that your team can apply what they learn in their day-to-day work.
Our General Player Protection and Responsible Gambling Training will cover:
- What is a gambling addiction or disorder
- The gambling proċess
- German market regulation
- Communication skills with players, including motivational interviewing.
By enrolling in our RG and Player Protection Training, you can be confident that your organization is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively detect and approach RG-issues in your player base. This training also fulfils the requirements laid out by the German authorities.
The training will take place on 28th and 31st May 2024 from 10 am to 1 pm. You can join our training on your computer or tablet with a camera.
The price of this 6 hours long training is 249 euro per person (excl. VAT).
