Networking is a key competence for academic careers — and often one of the biggest challenges for early-career researchers. It is frequently not the research itself, but visibility, communication, and networking that make the difference.
This two-day hands-on workshop helps you strengthen exactly these skills.
You will learn how to present yourself and your research clearly, authentically, and confidently, how to build meaningful academic networks, and how to use them strategically for your career. The focus is strongly practice-oriented with real situations, real conversations, and immediately applicable tools.
