Speaker: Koen van den Brandt
completed his studies in Modern Languages at UFSIA Antwerp from 1982 to 1983. He describes himself as energetic, experienced and inspiring in cross-thinking. Participants particularly remember that after his interventions they feel more courageous, more motivated and more capable of taking action. As he puts it: “Energy, experienced and inspiring cross-thinking. It is the sign that participants remember me with the longest.” He deliberately distances himself from long-winded presentations and complex theories, instead focusing on fresh impulses that help people extend their own “shelf life” and become a better version of themselves.
Koen began his professional career as an Account Manager at Adecco (1988–1994), followed by a role as Training Manager at Adecco from 1994 to 1996. Since 1996, he has been working at Atlas Grow How, offering workshops, consultancy and mentoring in the fields of sales, leadership and effectiveness.
