We are delighted that you have chosen to register for our event. Please note that your registration is binding. If, for any unforeseen reason, you are unable to attend the event, we kindly request that you notify us at least 30 days prior to the event date. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, such as illness. In such cases, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible, even if it is less than 30 days before the event date. We would like to inform you that in the event of non-appearance without timely notification, we will have to charge a fee of €150 per person. This is because we incur expenses in advance for your participation in the event, and we are unable to recover these costs in any other way. Your timely cancellation allows us to potentially offer the opportunity to other interested individuals on the waiting list and helps ensure fair and efficient organization of the event.
