Then join the 5-Day-Training “Global Minds – Enhancing Cross-Cultural Competence” from February 20, 2025, to March 01, 2025.
The workshop-like online block course will provide you with an in-depth understanding of cultural theories, models, and dimensions. You will learn to recognize and reflect on various biases, including your own. Additionally, you will evaluate your own intercultural experiences, and develop skills to communicate and interact effectively in diverse settings.
The training consists of theory combined with many interactive elements that engage you in practical, hands-on activities and discussions, guided by a certified intercultural trainer. No experience abroad is required to participate in this course. You will have the opportunity to showcase your learning and insights through a comprehensive portfolio and earn up to 3 credit points upon successful participation depending on your study course.
For credits: please check with your study course that they can recognise the course, if you are wanting to gain 3 CP. Usually, this course is recognised as part of the Module "Schlüsselqualifikationen".
