Hospital Pedagogy

The number of children and adolescents with chronic illnesses has significantly increased in many countries, particularly in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. This development poses new challenges for educational systems. Hospital schools must find ways to provide these students with high-quality education despite their health limitations and to ensure smooth collaboration with regular schools.

To guarantee accessibility and flexibility for all participants, the lecture series will be offered in an innovative format:

📌 The seminar will take place on Thursdays from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. and will be held in both English and German. All lectures will be recorded and made available on our YouTube channel Hospital Pedagogy – offering the possibility to watch the lectures in several languages.

This approach ensures broader accessibility, greater flexibility, and deeper engagement with the topics, making the series more inclusive for students, parents, and educators worldwide.
