Potentialanalysis

As postdocs, junior professors or heads of junior research groups, you are all very well
educated in your field. Nevertheless, other qualifications next to your academic ones often play
a decisive role in how well you fit into your work environment and how satisfied you are in your
current position. An important factor here is social competence. The potential analysis offers
the possibility of a personal position determination for this. With the help of a scientifically
based questionnaire, which you can fill out online, your potential is recorded. Afterwards, in a
joint analysis meeting, we take a focused look at the extent of your potential and the
possibilities for further development. In this way, the potential analysis can represent an
important insight and self-reflection of your current position and which adjustments might

ENGLISH) with new candidates.
