Nevertheless, other qualifications next to your academic ones often playa decisive role in how well you fit into your work environment and how satisfied you are in yourcurrent position. An important factor here is social competence. The potential analysis offersthe possibility of a personal position determination for this. With the help of a scientificallybased questionnaire, which you can fill out online, your potential is recorded. Afterwards, in ajoint analysis meeting, we take a focused look at the extent of your potential and thepossibilities for further development. In this way, the potential analysis can represent animportant insight and self-reflection of your current position and which adjustments mightimprove your own satisfaction with the position.
