EGLSF AGA 2020

Welcome to the registration to the Annual General Assembly 2020 of the European Gay & Lesbian Sport Federation in Stuttgart, Germany! 

Please submit your registration by completing the form below. You should receive a confirmation mail with details for the payment of the participation fee within an hour after submitting your registration. 

In case you have no confirmation mail in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If there's no mail either please contact us via veranstaltungen@abseitz.de.

10:00 - 15:30: EGLSF Conference

17:00 - 19:00: Welcome-To-Stuttgart Reception

09:00 - 16:00: EGLSF Annual General Assembly Day 1

20:00 - 23:00: Social Dinner 

09:00 - 13:00: EGLSF Annual General Assembly Day 2

The official EGLSF AGA Hotel is the IBIS Style Stuttgart Bad Cannstatt right next to the AGA venue. 

Please note that as of February 22nd, 2020, the official AGA Hotel is booked out, so this option is no longer available. Please check the Abseitz EGLSF AGA Website for hotel recommendations. 

Please let us know if you have any dietary preferences, allergies or intolerance.

Do you need some help funding your AGA participation? The EGLSF offers some aid for those in need. And if you can spare some Euros you are free to make a donation to the Outreach funding. 

All submitted data will exclusively be used for the organization of the events affiliated with the EGLSF AGA 2020.

Data might be handled by e-mail between Abseitz Stuttgart e.V. and the EGLSF.  If you opted for accomodation via hosted housing your information (name, e-mail-address, home organization) will be forwarded to the respective third party by e-mail. 

All information will be deleted no later than six months after the conclusion of all EGLSF AGA 2020 affairs.
