Quarantine Care Package

With a quarantine care package, we would like to support you to get through the quarantine time in Heilbronn as easy as possible.

This free offer from the Intercultural Mentoring Programme is aimed at all international students who arrive in Heilbronn and have to go into quarantine.

We have a budget for every person of 20 Euro and anything that goes beyond that amount (expensive extra wishes) is yours to pay.

• I hereby agree that the personal data provided by me will be processed by the Heilbronn University within the mentoring programme. These data will be used for mediation of mentoring partners and will be processed for evaluation purposes. If this agreement is revoked, my data would be immediately deleted. I hereby agree that my contact details will be shared among mentors and mentees.
• I commit that I will not give any contact details through this network to any third parties without expression of consent.

International Mentoring Programme supports you with the following aspects:

• Pick-up service from the Heilbronn main train station
•  Search for flat/room at the student dorm
• Advice on opening bank account
• Support with registering at the immigration office and  residence permit
• Individual assistance with other personal questions
• Connection to many other programmes and services on campus
