About the workshop
The second roadmapping workshop of the MASTT2040 project will take place online.
Following-up on the very successful first workshop that took place in end-February in Brussels, we will present the validated Manufacturing-as-a-Service (MaaS) vision and the roadmapping outcomes. Based on these, the participants will during two interactive sessions identify and discuss feasible actions to make the vision a reality and draft recommendations on what needs to be done by different stakeholders to implement these actions.
Who should participate
Again, we invite all stakeholders from industry, research and policy that are interested in identifying actionable pathways for a competitive, sustainable and social European manufacturing industry.
Of course, everyone who participated in previous MASTT2040 activities is more than welcome to join this second roadmapping workshop. In addition, everyone who could not make it to the first workshop in Brussels is cordially invited, too.
To guarantee a good interaction between participants during the interactive sessions, places for the workshop are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Expected results & next steps
During this workshop, participants will discuss those roadmapping issues that were identified as most relevant for realizing the MaaS vision during the first workshop. These build the basis to develop concrete actions that can be taken in the coming years. Based on these, recommendations will be elaborated towards different stakeholders on what needs to be done by whom and which physical and financial resources will be necessary.
The outcomes of this second roadmapping workshop will be utilised to draft the MASTT2040 Industry Strategy and Action Plan that will be validated and published by end-July 2025.
