Nurses (m/f/d)

to work in Helios hospitals in the capital Berlin and also in Leezen (Northern Germany)

What can you expect?

  • Preparatory online language course up to German B1 in Finland, with financial support by TMS and employer, starting in October 2026
  • Further language courses up to level B2 in Germany sponsored by employer
  • With level B2 official recognition of your qualification in Germany
  • Working contract from June 2027 on (limited until recognition, unlimited after)
  • Salary before recognition: EUR 2.900 gross/month, paid 13 times
  • Salary after recognition: from EUR 3.800 to EUR 4.000 gross/month, paid 13 times plus shift allowance (and depending on workplace e.g. intensive care)
  • 38,5 working hours/week, min. 30 days holiday (plus public holidays)
  • Relocation allowance sponsored by TMS and/or employer
  • Affordable accommodation will be organised for the start if desired
  • Professional on-boarding and mentoring
  • Further benefits (health promotion at workplace and preferred treatment in all hospitals belonging to the group)

What should you bring?

  • Finnish Bachelor of Healthcare/Registered Nurse
  • Min. 2 years work experience, ideally in a hospital (experience in intensive care is an asset)
  • No German knowledge needed, English is an asset
  • Nationality of an EU country, Norway or Iceland – or EU permanent resident title (Finland - type of residence permit "P-EU")
  • Willingness to learn German intensively for approx. 8 months, 3-4 hours a day
