"Bring & BBQ" Autumn Event

The venue offers a kitchen, toilets, tables & benches and a BBQ pit. 

The cost of using the venue will be divided by all participants after close of registration. Payment amount and method will be advised by direct chat in the first week of October.

You need to bring: 

1. The food you want to cook on the grill (and spices, salt, pepper, sauces etc) - we will grill vegetarian items first, before meat goes on :)
2. A salad or dessert to share with the group (optional, but appreciated!)
3. The drinks you wish to consume (responsibly) we will also have some beers available on site at 1€ ea
4. Plates, cutlery, grilling tongs/utensils, serviettes
5. Games if you wish to play (soccer ball, cricket set, frisbee - whatever takes your fancy)

Please Note: We need to hand the venue back clean and with everything packed away. Everyone attending needs to pitch in and help clean up before leaving.

Please tell us how many people you will be bringing with you in the "note to the organiser" free text section below. 

This includes spouses, partners, kids or other family members. 

It is a compulsory field. If you are coming alone, then a "0" is sufficient.
