Liebe TeilnehmerInnen und MusikerInnen des Dañserlà 2023,
es war wieder einmal ein rauschendes Fest. Vielen Dank, dass Ihr alle etwas dazu beigetragen habt, ob Musik oder Tanz oder Hilfe.
Vielen Dank auch für die vielen kleinen (z.T. ungesehen) Handgriffe, die dazu beigetragen haben, dass alles „rund“ läuft.
Wir möchten uns auch nochmals ganz herzlich bei allen bedanken, die uns nochmal finanziell unterstützt haben.
Mit Eurer Hilfe sind wir nun zuversichtlich, dass wir unser Fest ohne großen Verlust abschließen können.
Für alle, die ohne Tasse und/oder T-Shirt abgereist sind gibt es gute Nachrichten: sowohl T-Shirts, als auch Tassen sind noch erhältlich.
Bitte meldet Euch, falls ihr noch etwas möchtet, wir können es gerne zusenden. Eine Tasse kostet 10 €, ein T-Shirt 20 €.

Dear participants and musicians of Dañserlà 2023,
it was once again a lavish party. Thank you all for contributing, whether music or dance or help.
Thank you also for the many small (partially unseen) actions that have contributed to the fact that everything runs smoothly.
We would also like to thank everyone who has once again supported us financially.
With your help, we are now confident that we can complete our festival without much loss.
There is good news for everyone who left without a mug and/or t-shirt: both t-shirts and mugs are still available.
Please get in touch if you would like anything else, we can send it to you. A cup costs €10, a t-shirt €20.

die Zeit geht vorbei wie im Flug und das Dañserlà 2023 steht jetzt schon vor der Türe:
Am Donnerstag in einer Woche geht es los!!
Wir haben tolle Bands für Euch eingeladen, sowie gute Tanzlehrer aus der jeweiligen Region, die Euch ihre Tänze vermitteln.
Das Konzept des Festivals ist, für vier Tage und drei Nächte in die Welt des französischen Tanzes einzutauchen und verschiedene Facetten davon kennen zu lernen.
Damit sich der Orga-Aufwand in Grenzen hält, verkaufen wir im Voraus das Festival-Ticket (=Kombi-Ticket = Dauerkarte) über Eveeno und bieten die Workshops sowie die beiden Open-Air-Bälle in der Erlanger Innenstadt kostenlos an. Für alle Bälle in den Sälen und den fränkischen Frühschoppen sind die Festival-Tickets (bzw. das dafür ausgegebene Festival-Bändchen) die Eintrittskarte.
Achtung: Es wird keine Tageskarten und auch keine Abendkasse geben, weil wir am Empfang keine Kasse haben werden.
Daher meldet Euch bitte vorher (= bis 26.6.2023) an, wenn Ihr dabei sein wollt (es gibt noch ein paar Karten).

time flies by and the Dañserlà 2023 is just around the corner: It starts on Thursday in a week!!
We have invited great bands for you, as well as good dance teachers from the respective region, who will teach you their dances.
The concept of the festival is to immerse yourself in the world of French dance for four days and three nights and to get to know different facets of it.
In order to keep the organizational effort to a minimum, we sell the festival ticket (= combination ticket = season ticket) in advance via Eveeno and offer the workshops and the two open-air balls in downtown Erlangen free of charge.
The festival tickets (or the festival wristband issued for them) are the admission ticket for all balls in the halls and the Franconian morning pint.
Attention: There will be no day tickets and no evening box office, because we will not have a box office at the reception.
So please register in advance (= by June 26th, 2023) if you want to be there (there are still a few tickets left).

Wichtig (Stand 31.03.2023): Das Dañserlà 2023 findet statt (!!) Anmeldung ist ab 04.04.2023 möglich.
Important (31-03-2023): The Dañserlà 2023 takes place (!!) Registration is possible from April 4th, 2023.
„Dañserlà“ setzt sich zusammen aus den beiden Wörtern „Danse“ bzw. „danser“ (frz.: Tanz bzw. tanzen) und „Erlangen“, wobei man natürlich auch „dans“ (frz.: in) und „là“ (frz.: da) im Namen finden kann.
Schließlich schreiben die Bretonen das Wort für Tanz so: „Dañs“. Die Tilde ist somit auch ein kleiner Hinweis, dass die bretonischen Tänze beim Bal Folk Festival nicht zu kurz kommen sollen, schließlich ist Erlangen ja die Partnerstadt von Rennes (der Hauptstadt der Bretagne).
"Dañserlà" consists of the two words "Danse" or "danser" (French: dance or to dance) and "Erlangen", whereby of course "dans" (French: in) and "là" ( French: there) can be found in the name.
Finally, the Bretons write the word for dance as "dañs". The Tilde is therefore also a small indication that the Breton dances at the Bal Folk Festival should not be neglected, after all, Erlangen is indeed the twin town of Rennes (the capital of Brittany).
Nach dem großen Erfolg der Ausgaben von 2017, 2018 und 2019, dem Mini-Dañserlà 2020, der Ausgabe 2021 mit reduzierter Teilnehmerzahl, sowie der 2022er Version in voller Größe findet das siebte „Dañserlà“ 2023 auch wie gewohnt statt: vom Do., 29. Juni bis So., 2. Juli 2023
After the great success of the 2017, 2018 and 2019 editions, the Mini-Dañserlà 2020, the 2021 edition with a reduced number of participants and the edition of 2022 in full size the seventh "Dañserlà" will now take place 2023 again as usual: from Thu., June 29th to Sun., July 2nd 2023
Tagsüber (Donnerstag bis Samstag) finden Tanzworkshops mit erstklassigen Referenten statt.
An den Abenden (Donnerstag bis Samstag) finden die Bälle mit französischem oder bretonischem Schwerpunkt statt.
Der Sonntag besteht aus zwei Bällen: einem fränkischen Tanz-Frühschoppen am Vormittag und nachmittags aus dem Folk-Café zum Abschluss des Festivals.
Alle Bälle können leider nur von BesitzerInnen eines Kombi-Tickets besucht werden.
During the day (Thursday to Saturday) there are dance workshops with first-class instructors/teachers.
In the evenings (Thursday to Saturday) there are balls with a French or Breton focus.
Sunday consists of two balls: a Franconian dance morning pint in the morning and in the afternoon from the folk café at the end of the festival.
Unfortunately, all balls can only be attended by holders of a combi-ticket.

Das Dañserlà 2023 wird stattfinden und die meisten der angefragten Bands kommen auch tatsächlich nach Erlangen.
Einige angefragte (und eigentlich auch schon zugesagte) Bands können leider erst im nächsten Jahr kommen (und stehen somit dieses Jahr nicht auf dem Programm).
Wir bieten wieder 16 Übernachtungsplätze auf dem Festivalgelände an, allerdings sind diese nur als Komplett-Paket für drei Nächte (Do/Fr, Fr/Sa, Sa/So) buchbar.
Die Anmeldung ist ab 4.4.2023 möglich.
The Dañserlà 2023 will take place and most of the requested bands will actually come to Erlangen.
Unfortunately, some requested (and actually already confirmed) bands can only come next year (and are therefore not on the program this year).
We are again offering 16 places to stay overnight on the festival site, but these can only be booked as a complete package for three nights (Thu/Fri, Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun).
Registration is possible from April 4th, 2023.

Hier über eveeno ab 04.04.2023, allerdings nur bis Freitag 23.6.2023, denn am Montag, 26.6. müssen wir dem Caterer die Anzahl der Essen mitteilen. Danach ist es natürlich auch noch möglich direkt zum Festival zu kommen und die gewünschte Karte/das gewünschte Bändchen an der Abendkasse zu kaufen, allerdings nur, wenn es dann noch Tickets gibt.
Essen bestellen hier vor Ort geht leider nicht. Das bekommt unser Caterer nicht hin.
Noch was: Bitte jede Person einzeln anmelden.
Nach Anmeldung der ersten Person erscheint ein Auswahl-Knopf "weitere Personen anmelden".
Kinder bis 12 Jahren bitte auch einzeln eintragen (v. a. auch wegen Essensbestellung).

Eveeno schickt Euch nach der Anmeldung eine Bestätigungsmail mit der Kontoverbindung, auf die Ihr dann bitte den Teilnehmerbeitrag innerhalb von 14 Tagen überweist. Die Gebühren für mehrere Personen könnt ihr gerne als einen Betrag überweisen (bitte immer die entsprechende/n Buchungsnummer/n mit angeben).
Nach dem Zahlungseingang erhaltet Ihr eine zweite Mail mit der Zusage, dass Ihr beim Dañserlà 2022 mit dabei seid (das dauert manchmal auch ein paar Tage, da wir den Zahlungseingang "von Hand" überprüfen müssen).
Wenn das Festival abgesagt werden muss: siehe unten unter Rücktrittsregeln.
After registering, Eveeno will send you a confirmation email with the account details to which you should then transfer the participation fee within 14 days. You are welcome to transfer the fees for several people as one amount (please always include the corresponding booking number / s).
After the payment has been received, you will receive a second email confirming that you will be part of the Dañserlà 2022 (this sometimes takes a few days because we have to check the payment "by hand").
If the festival has to be canceled: see below under cancellation rules.

Dieses Jahr lassen wir auch wieder kleine Handtücher mit dem Dañserlà-Logo besticken.
Wenn Ihr sicher gehen wollt, bestellt Euren Wunsch bitte gleich bei der Anmeldung mit.
Außerden haben wir für Euch eine Festival-Tasse mit dem Dañserlà-Logo 2023 vorbereitet,
die beim Festival zum All-You-Can-Drink von Kaffee oder Tee berechtigt.
Bitte beachten: Alle Merchandising-Artikel lassen sich nur bis zum Dienstag, 15.06.2023 bestellen,
damit sie zum Festival auch noch rechtzeitig für Euch fertig sind.

We have also prepared a festival mug for you with the Dañserlà logo 2023,
which entitles you to an all-you-can-drink of coffee or tea at the festival.
Please note: All merchandising articles can only be ordered until Tuesday, June 15, 2023,
so that they are ready for you in time for the festival.
Rücktrittsregelung / cancellation policy:
Bei Rücktritt (Abmeldung, Nichtteilnahme, Krankheit) gilt folgende Regelung:
• Bei Rücktritt mehr als 4 Wochen vor dem Dañserlà: Erstattung des Teilnahmebetrages und der gebuchten Zusatzleistungen abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von 5,00 €.
• Bei Rücktritt zwischen 4 Wochen und 1 Woche vor dem Dañserlà: Erstattung der Hälfte des Teilnahmebetrages und der gebuchten Zusatzleistungen.
• Bei Rücktritt ab 1 Woche vor dem Dañserlà: Leider keine Erstattung der Teilnahmegebühr und der Kosten für Zusatzleistungen möglich.
In the event of withdrawal (cancellation, non-participation, illness), the following rule applies:
• If you withdraw more than 4 weeks before the Dañserlà: Reimbursement of the participation fee and the additional services booked minus a processing fee of € 5.00.
• If you withdraw between 4 weeks and 1 week before the Dañserlà: Reimbursement of half of the participation fee and the additional services booked.
• If you cancel 1 week before the Dañserlà: Unfortunately, the participation fee and the costs for additional services are not reimbursed.
