cancellation rulesRequired

I have read and agree to the following cancellation rules concerning my ticket as well as my accomodation and aquired merchandise:

After receipt of payment, deregistration is no longer possible. In case the participant can't attend the SMSC out of personal or interpersonal reasons or doesn't want to attend the SMSC anymore, swimsa will NOT refund the paid fee. If the participant can organize a proxy for their spot, re-registration is possible. In this case, the participant and their proxy are responsible for the bilateral financial rearrangement. This wil not be processed by the SMSC OC.
