Dear Parishioners,
The Diocese of Limburg has sent out new Corona regulations, stating that all churches in the Diocese must follow the 3G-rules. This means that in order to attend Mass you must show proof of being either:
1. Geimpft (Vaccinated) - or-
2. Genesen (Recovered) -or-
3. Getestet (a negative test from a TEST CENTER no older than 24 hours)
- In additon, ID must also be shown. -
* children and teenagers are exempt from 3G as they are regularly tested at school *
* 3G is in effect only for the weekend Masses. The Tuesday evening Mass at St. Leonhard's is, at the moment, exempt*
These regulations are in conjunction with the new laws issued by the State of Hessen. The existing regulations of 1,5m distancing and mask wearing remain in effect. This new 3G rule is an added safety level for all attending. As a reminder, if you are not feeling well, please stay home.
We will have people checking for proof of 3G at each Mass before you enter the church. Please have all documentation ready so that the process can go as quickly as possible. Also, it is recommended to arrive a bit earlier than usual.
We thank all our parishioners in advance for your cooperation. As followers of Christ, we are obligated to take care of each other. Please be patient and kind.
Since our situtation still limits us to the number of available seats within each church location we kindly ask to please register for only ONE Mass per weekend allowing the opportunity for as many parishioners as possible to attend.
Should you have further questions, please feel free to contact us.
