The 3-day compact seminar by RWTH Innovation has been providing participants with valuable knowledge and entrepreneurial skills for over 15 years, contributing to the creation of more than 100 start-ups.
The event will be held in-person at the Collective Incubator (Jülicher Straße 209q-s, 52070 Aachen).

Exclusive Insights on Starting a Business:
Lectures with top speakers from academia and industry, covering key start-up topics such as financing, marketing, personnel, and legal aspects, along with comprehensive materials.
Idea Discussions with Business Angels and Fellow Founders:
Present your business idea to potential investors and engage in discussions with other founders, supported by the experienced coaching team at RWTH Innovation.
Business Model Generation Workshop:
Refine your business idea in small groups, guided by members of the RWTH Innovation coaching team.
Soft Skills Development:
Present your business idea (elevator pitch) to a jury, enhancing your communication and presentation skills.
Business Model Robustness Check:
Assess the stability of your idea, identify weaknesses, and learn how to address them from the outset.
Networking Opportunities:
Connect with regional founders, investors, the RWTH Innovation coaching team, and other key players in the start-up ecosystem through online and in-person networking sessions, including the Entrepreneurship Evening.
New Session: Intellectual Property Crash Course
Curious about patents or how to protect your start-up idea? This new session will walk you through the essentials of IP law, practical protection strategies, and what you need to know before going public with your innovation.
General Info
Target Audience: This event is ideal for anyone interested in entrepreneurship, starting a business, or working in a start-up environment.
Costs: A ticket costs €20. Lunch will be provided and there are no additional fees beyond the ticket price.
Start-up/Business Idea: Having a business idea is not a requirement for participation. However, if you already have an idea, you’ll benefit from feedback during the pitch and business model workshop. Your idea will be protected by a confidentiality agreement among participants.
