As part of the registration process, your personal data is processed for the purpose of planning and holding the above mentioned event.

Munich University of Applied Sciences is a public corporation. It is legally represented by its President.
You can register either by personal invitation or out of interest in the topic. In order to register, you must provide the information required for participation using the form above. The required information is marked with an asterisk (*). Only then can participation be finalized. The legal basis for processing is Article 4(1) BayDSG in conjunction with Article 6(3) and (1) sentence 1(e) GDPR for events in the context of the university's public duties.
If you enter personal data via voluntary fields in the form, you (implicitly) consent to the data processing. The legal basis is your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) in conjunction with Article 7 GDPR.
Photo note
Please note that photos and videos will be taken during the event.
The recordings will be used by the university for public relations purposes, in particular for publication in print media, on its own websites, on its own social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter) or digital newsletters or as part of press releases.
By registering for our event, you (implicitly) consent to the publication of photographs taken by us during this event, including your image, free of charge and without restriction in terms of time and space, as part of the university's public relations work. The legal basis is your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) in conjunction with Article 7 GDPR.
Please contact our photographers if you do not wish to be photographed or have been photographed and do not wish to be published.
Your data will not be transferred to third parties unless we have described otherwise here. Processing takes place via Eveeno in accordance with our instructions on the basis of an order processing contract.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations within 30 days of the event will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
If canceled more than 30 days before the event, 10% of the booking fee will be charged.
