#IBU-Wissen: EU-BauPVO Teil 1 – Der regulatorische Rahmen: Einordnung und Grundverständnis
Mit der neuen EU-Bauprodukteverordnung werden Umweltkennwerte künftig stärker in die CE-Kennzeichnung integriert. Gleichzeitig entstehen neue Anforderungen, Begrifflichkeiten und offene Fragen, deren konkrete Ausgestaltung auf europäischer Ebene derzeit weiterentwickelt wird.
Das Webinar bietet eine strukturierte Orientierung im aktuellen regulatorischen Umfeld und ordnet die zentralen Entwicklungen rund um CPR 2024/3110 ein. Dr. Martina Bender erläutert, wie die Systematik von AVCP 3+ in die bestehende CE-Kennzeichnungslogik eingebettet ist und welche Zusammenhänge sich daraus für Hersteller ergeben.
Im Fokus stehen unter anderem:
die grundlegenden Änderungen durch die neue Bauprodukteverordnung und die Einbindung von Umweltkennwerten in das europäische Binnenmarktsystem

Das Webinar vermittelt ein grundlegendes Systemverständnis und ermöglicht eine erste Einordnung, wie die neuen Anforderungen typischerweise im Unternehmensalltag relevant werden können.
Die Veranstaltung ist Teil einer dreiteiligen Webinarreihe, in der die Themen werkseigene Produktionskontrolle (WPK) sowie Werks- bzw. Site-Inspektionen in den folgenden Terminen vertieft werden.
Die Webinarreihe richtet sich zunächst an unsere deutschsprachigen IBU-Mitglieder, die sich frühzeitig mit den neuen Anforderungen auseinandersetzen und ihre internen Prozesse strategisch vorbereiten möchten. Wir werden das Webinar aufzeichnen und im Anschluss mit englischen Untertitel zur Verfügung stellen.

#IBU-Wissen: EU Construction Products Regulation (CPR) Part 1 – The Regulatory Framework: Context and Fundamentals
With the new EU Construction Products Regulation (CPR), environmental performance indicators will be more closely integrated into CE marking in the future. At the same time, new requirements, terminology, and open questions are emerging, the specific details of which are currently being developed at the European level.
The webinar offers structured guidance on the current regulatory environment and classifies the key developments surrounding CPR 2024/3110. Dr. Martina Bender explains how the AVCP 3+ system is embedded in the existing CE marking logic and what implications this has for manufacturers.
The focus will be on, among other things:
the fundamental changes brought about by the new Construction Products Regulation and the integration of environmental performance indicators into the European single market system
the logic of AVCP 3+ and its conceptual classification within existing structures
the connection between CE marking and the life cycle assessment (LCA) world, as well as new terminology in the familiar system context
key terms such as AVCP 3+, factory production control (FPC), site inspection, essential environmental characteristics, and primary data quality
current implementation status and foreseeable time horizons at the European level
The webinar provides a basic understanding of the system and enables an initial assessment of how the new requirements can typically become relevant in everyday business life.
The event is part of a three-part webinar series in which the topics of FPC (factory production control) and plant or site inspections will be explored in depth on the following dates.
The webinar series is initially aimed at our German-speaking IBU members who want to address the new requirements at an early stage and strategically prepare their internal processes. We will record the webinar and make it available with English subtitles afterwards.
