FWI in Motion - From Campus to Career 

You did it! 

Studying at the Faculty of Business and Engineering was challenging, intensive, and formative. The moment has now come to appropriately celebrate your success.

We warmly invite you, your friends, and family to return to the place of your success: This year we will celebrate again right in the heart of our Ledward campus. Experience a graduation ceremony that combines tradition with "Industrial Elegance." From the champagne reception, the “Graduation Walk,” live music, to the ceremonial awarding of certificates – be a part of this unforgettable evening. 

​​​​​​​Recommended dress code: Festive & Smart (e.g. suit, cocktail dress, or academic chic). 

Please fill out the following registration form for EACH participant for whom you need a ticket! ​​​​​​​

Only fill out the following two points if you indicated "Status" that you are a graduate from the summer semester 2025 or winter semester 2025/26! 

TICKET PRICES: We have implemented a solidarity ticket model, which gives you several options to show your appreciation. 

Important Notification: The services and activities for the event are the same for all ticket holders, regardless of price.

We kindly ask that you acknowledge the organizational team and assist in assuring that we remain inside the budget. Please choose a solidarity ticket that suits you best, to show us how much you value this unique and once-in-a-lifetime event. :

• Ticket „Standing Ovation“ (Early Bird):     20 Euro (This ticket recognizes the hard work the organizational team has put into the event)

• Ticket „Team-Support“ (Early Bird):           15 Euro (The standard ticket helps cover the costs of the event)

• Ticket "FWI-In-Motion" (Early Bird):           12 Euro (This ticket is just right for those on a tight budget)

  (Note: Please be aware that starting April 16, all ticket prices will increase by 5€ )

CANCELLATION TERMS: Tickets can only be cancelled through direct contact with the event organizer at absolventenfeier.fwi@thws.de. Please read the following cancellation conditions carefully:

• Cancellation by April 29, 2026: When cancelling on or before April 29, 2026 you will receive a refund minus a 5€ handling fee per ticket.

• Cancellation on or after April 30, 2026: A refund of the purchase price is unfortunately no longer possible (100% cancellation fee), as orders for catering and infrastructure have already been firmly placed at that time. However, you may transfer the tickets to another party. If you are able to do this, you must contact the event coordinator because the tickets are personalized. 

You must agree to our data protection declaration if you wish to register for this event. By doing so, you accept the participation and cancellation conditions as well as the rights related to audio, video, and image recordings.
