Es stellen sich Firmen, wie die Deutsche Bahn AG, Dentsply Sirona oder Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA vor. Das DAAD-Projekt „Future Engineering Career (FEC) Programm“ der TU Darmstadt unterstützt die Veranstaltungsreihe der IHK-Initiative und lädt insbesondere internationale Studierende der TU Darmstadt zu diesem Format ein. Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos.

Get to know regional companies - whether for an internship, working student activity or starting a career. The IHK Initiative for Vocational Orientation (BO) offers you the opportunity to get to know various companies in the region of Darmstadt, Frankfurt and Wiesbaden. The event series "Virtual Company Visits to go" companies such as Deutsche Bahn AG, Dentsply Sirona or Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA will be introduced. The DAAD project "Future Engineering Career (FEC) Programme" at TU Darmstadt supports the event series of the IHK initiative and invites international students from TU Darmstadt in particular to this format. Participation is free of charge.

Das DAAD-Projekt „Future Engineering Career (FEC) Programm“ der TU Darmstadt unterstützt die Veranstaltungsreihe der IHK-Initiative und lädt insbesondere internationale Studierende der TU Darmstadt zu diesem Format ein. Für Studierende der Ingenieurs-, IT-, Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften oder aus einer anderen Studienrichtung bietet die Deutsche Bahn AG in Form von Praktika, Werkstudierendenjobs und Begleitung von Abschlussarbeiten Einblicke in einen zukunftsorientierten und internationalen Großkonzern und die Möglichkeit die Verkehrswende aktiv mitzugestalten. IT Professionals und Ingenieur:innen sind bei der DB AG besonders gefragt.

Weitere Informationen:

Mit Ihrem anschließenden Feedback möchten wir das bestehende Format in Kooperation mit der IHK ausbauen und insbesondere auf die Bedürfnisse von Ihnen als internationale Studierende zuschneiden. Derzeit richtet sich das Veranstaltungsformat der IHK-Initiative für berufliche Orientierung an Schüler:innen. Internationale Studierende und Studieninteressierte der TU Darmstadt sind dennoch herzlich dazu eingeladen. Das FEC-Programm möchte Ihnen bereits jetzt die Möglichkeit eröffnen, bei den Unternehmen reinzuschnuppern und Kontakte zu knüpfen.

Target group:

The DAAD project "Future Engineering Career (FEC) Programme" at TU Darmstadt supports the event series of the IHK initiative and invites international students from TU Darmstadt in particular to this format. For students of engineering, IT, economics or social sciences or from another field of study, Deutsche Bahn AG offers insights into a future-oriented and international corporation and the opportunity to actively shape the transport turnaround in the form of internships, working student jobs and support for theses. IT professionals and engineers are particularly in demand at DB AG.

With your subsequent feedback, we would like to expand the existing format in cooperation with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and tailor it to the needs of you as international students. Currently, the event format of the IHK initiative for vocational orientation is aimed at schoolchildren. International students and prospective students of the TU Darmstadt are nevertheless cordially invited. The FEC program would like to give you the opportunity to get a taste of the companies and make contacts.
