Ulja's love of learning is such a problem for her family that her grandmother finally bans everything that has to do with it from her life. But Ulja once again has a plan.
In a few days, an asteroid will crash down to earth in Belarus, 12-year-old Ulja has found out. She absolutely has to warn the population. Because Ulja's family has no understanding for this plan, she and her classmate Henk start a road trip across Eastern Europe. Close behind them: Grandma Olga and half the church congregation.
