📝 Press Accreditation – Information and Requirements

Thank you for your interest in Kiel Munition Clearance Week (KMCW) 2025.

We are pleased to offer official press accreditation for journalists and media representatives covering the event. Accreditation is free of charge and provides access to the conference program, the public side event and the exhibition area.

What’s included with press accreditation

  • Access to all conference sessions and the public side event 

  • Entry to the exhibition area

  • Press materials and background information

📌 Accreditation requirements

To complete your accreditation, please ensure you meet the following criteria and submit the required documentation:

  • Your valid press ID or a letter of assignment from your editorial office must be sent via email to communications@munitionclearanceweek.org.

  • Personal information as requested

  • A link to a recent publication or article

  • Contact details of your editorial office (or your personal contact information if you are working independently)

Once we have received your press ID and reviewed your information, your registration will be confirmed and access will be granted.

Please note:
We reserve the right to review all applications and confirm accreditation only for professional, eligible press representatives. Additional information may be requested if necessary.
