Every Startup who made it to phase 3 can select "First priority",

all the startups of phase 2 have to select "Waiting list".

As a general rule: Two tickets per startup only! All others have to book "Waiting list".

In case there are still first priority slots available three prior to the event, the slots will be filled with applicants from the waiting list. First comes, first served.
