Veranstalter des Gewinnspiels:
Das Gewinnspiel wird von der FH Oberösterreich Campus Steyr veranstaltet.
Teilnahmeberechtigung:
Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle aktuellen Mitarbeiter*innen der FH Oberösterreich Campus Steyr.
Teilnahmezeitraum:
Das Gewinnspiel endet am 02. September 2025, 23:59 Uhr.
Teilnahmevoraussetzung:
Um am Gewinnspiel teilzunehmen, muss das oben verlinkte Eveeno-Formular ausgefüllt werden.
Gewinn:
Unter allen gültigen Einsendungen werden 4 x 1 Tickets für das FM4 Unlimited Musikfestival am 13. September 2025 in Schloss Lamberg, Steyr verlost.
Gewinnermittlung:
Die Gewinner*innen werden nach dem Zufallsprinzip unter allen teilnahmeberechtigten Einsendungen ermittelt. Die Bekanntgabe der Gewinner*innen erfolgt per E-Mail.
Benachrichtigung der Gewinner*innen:
Die Gewinner*innen werden per E-Mail benachrichtigt. Sollte sich ein Gewinner / eine Gewinnerin nicht innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Benachrichtigung zurückmelden, behält sich die FH OÖ Campus Steyr das Recht vor, den Gewinn an einen anderen Teilnehmer / eine andere Teilnehmerin zu vergeben.
Rechtsweg:
Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.
Sonstiges:
Die Gewinne können nicht in bar abgelöst werden. Die FH OÖ Campus Steyr behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel jederzeit ohne Angabe von Gründen zu ändern oder zu beenden, wenn dies aufgrund von Umständen notwendig ist, die außerhalb der Kontrolle des Veranstalters liegen.
Mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel akzeptieren die Teilnehmer*innen diese Teilnahmebedingungen.

Conditions of participation for the competition
Organizer of the competition:
The competition is organized by the FH Upper Austria Campus Steyr.
Eligibility to participate:
All current employees of the FH Upper Austria Campus Steyr are eligible to participate.
Participation period:
The competition ends on September 2, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
Participation requirement:
To enter the competition, the form above must be filled in.
Prize:
4 x 1 tickets for the FM4 Unlimited music festival on September 13, 2025 in Schloss Lamberg, Steyr will be raffled off among all valid entries.
Determination of winners:
The winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winners will be announced by email.
Notification of the winners:
The winners will be notified by e-mail. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the FH Upper Austria Campus Steyr reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
Legal recourse:
Legal recourse is excluded.
Miscellaneous:
The prizes cannot be redeemed in cash. The FH Upper Austria Campus Steyr reserves the right to change or terminate the competition at any time without giving reasons if this is necessary due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizer.
By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.
