Zuhören ist viel mehr als wir typischerweise annehmen. Aktuelle wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen bestätigen dies auf beeindruckende Weise. Mit gutem Zuhören können wir Menschen unterstützen, sich weiterzuentwickeln, Motivation und Kreativität zu entwickeln, gute Entscheidungen zu treffen und diese umzusetzen.

In dem Trainingsworkshop Alchemie des Zuhörens lernen Sie auf spielerische und experimentelle Art verschiedene Arten des Zuhörens kennen. Sie erfahren, wie sich die Qualität des Zuhörens auf Sie selbst, auf die Arbeit im Team, das Wohlbefinden am Arbeitsplatz, Motivation und Erfolg auswirken kann und lernen wichtige, förderliche Rahmenbedingungen für qualitativ hochwertiges Zuhören kennen. Lassen Sie sich von den oft unerwarteten Ergebnissen überraschen! Darüber hinaus wird Raquel Ark die Workshopinhalte mit entsprechenden, aktuellen Erkenntnissen aus der Wissenschaft anreichern.

So können Sie zukünftig die „Superkraft Zuhören“ noch bewusster und im besten Sinne strategisch für sich, als KollegIn, Führungskraft, BeaterIn, ModeratorIn (....), am Arbeitsplatz und im Leben überhaupt nutzen.
