Participation Fee includes:

• Comprehensive access to the program of the conference (talks and poster presentation)
• Refreshments and light lunch during official breaks on all conference days
• Get-together during poster discussion on 30 September 2024 incl. light dinner and non-alcoholic drinks
• Participation at the Networking Dinner on 1 October 2024 incl. dinner and non-alcoholic drinks
• Please note: If you will not have attended all three congress days or the networking dinner, the participation fee cannot be reduced.

Registration Deadlines

July 28, 2024: Early bird fee
September 20, 2024: Late fee

Cancellation Policy:

• until August 31, 2024: free cancellation with reimbursment less a handling fee of 50.00 EUR
  
• from September 1, 2024: cancellation without any refund; invoice amount remains payable

Cancellations need to be directed in writing to kjt2024@tu-dresden.de. Cancellations by telephone will NOT be accepted. Confirmation of timely receipt of the cancellation will be sent by email. If you do not receive a confirmation of cancellation by email, the cancellation is not legally valid. All refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Hotel reservations must be canceled separately and directly with the hotel.

Invoice address needs to be indicated on the second page of the form before you choose the payment method!

Member discounts only apply to registered members of the Kolloid-Gesellschaft.

Student discounts apply for Bachelor, Master and PhD study programs. Postdocs need to apply for the scientists fees. A valid proof needs to be sent to kjt2024@tu-dresden.de.

Please note that there will be no reduction for participation in less than 3 conference days or for non-participation in the Networking Dinner.
