Als Herausgeber des staatlichen Gütesiegels „Faire Anwerbung Pflege Deutschland“ überprüfen wir, ob die Kriterien des Gütesiegels überarbeitet werden müssen.
Im Rahmen dieses Review-Verfahrens suchen wir nach
internationalen Pflegefachpersonen
die gerne an einer Fokusgruppendiskussion teilnehmen möchten. Durch dieses Beteiligungsformat soll der inhaltliche Weiterentwicklungsbedarf des Gütesiegels erfasst werden.
Ihre Perspektive als international angeworbene Pflegefachperson in Deutschland ist für uns dabei besonders wertvoll. Wir laden Sie deshalb herzlich ein, über Ihre Erfahrungen während der Vermittlung nach Deutschland in einem offenen Austausch zu erzählen. Die Fokusgruppen werden vom nexus Institut moderiert, einem erfahrenen Partner für Beteiligungsprozesse. Ihre Rückmeldungen sind ein wichtiger Beitrag, um zu prüfen, ob das Gütesiegel im Jahr 2026 weiterentwickelt werden sollte. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn Sie durch Ihre Teilnahme die Zukunft des Gütesiegels aktiv mitgestalten.
Am Freitag, den 26. September 2025 werden zwei Fokusgruppendiskussionen im Online-Format durchgeführt. Sie können an einer der Fokusgruppen teilnehmen. Die erste Fokusgruppe findet zwischen 9 und 11 Uhr statt, die zweite zwischen 16 und 18 Uhr. Die Fokusgruppendiskussion soll aus maximal 10 Teilnehmenden bestehen.
Um die Ergebnisse der Fokusgruppendiskussionen wissenschaftlich auswerten zu können, werden die Gespräche mit Ihrer Zustimmung audioaufgezeichnet. Die Aufnahmen dienen ausschließlich der Erstellung anonymisierter Transkripte. Nach der Transkription werden die Tonaufnahmen datenschutzkonform gelöscht. Die Auswertung erfolgt dann auf Basis der anonymisierten Aussagen. Mit Ihrer Einwilligung zur Teilnahme erklären Sie sich mit diesem Vorgehen einverstanden.
Als Dank für Ihre Mitwirkung bei der Fokusgruppendiskussion erhalten Sie eine Aufwandsentschädigung in Höhe von 50 €.
Bei Interesse melden Sie sich gern bis zum 22.08.2025 über untenstehendes Formular. Wir benachrichtigen Sie dann zeitnah, ob Sie für eine Teilnahme an der Fokusgruppendiskussion ausgewählt wurden.
Das staatliche Gütesiegel „Faire Anwerbung Pflege Deutschland“ wird vom Kuratorium Deutsche Altershilfe (KDA) für das Bundesministerium für Gesundheit (BMG) herausgegeben. Im Deutschen Kompetenzzentrum für internationale Fachkräfte in den Gesundheits- und Pflegeberufen (DKF) findet die (Weiter-)Entwicklung der Kriterien statt, die dem Gütesiegel zugrunde liegen. Es wird durch die RAL-Gütegemeinschaft „Anwerbung und Vermittlung von Pflegekräften aus dem Ausland e. V.“ (GAPA) als RAL Gütezeichen erteilt.

Call for Participation: Internationally recruited nurses
As the publisher of the quality seal “Fair Recruitment Healthcare Germany”, we are reviewing whether the criteria of the quality seal need to be revised.
As part of this review process, we are looking for
international nursing professionals
who would like to take part in a focus group discussion. This participation format is intended to identify the need for further development of the content of the quality seal.
Your perspective as an internationally recruited nurse in Germany is particularly valuable to us. We therefore cordially invite you to talk about your experiences during your placement and recruiting process in Germany in an open exchange. The focus groups will be moderated by the nexus Institute, an experienced partner for participation processes. Your feedback is an important contribution to examining whether the seal of approval should be further developed in 2026. We would be delighted if you could actively shape the future of the quality seal through your participation.
On Friday, September 26, 2025, two focus group discussions will be held in an online format. You can take part in one of the focus groups. The first focus group will take place between 9 am and 11 am, the second between 4 pm and 6 pm. The focus group discussion should consist of a maximum of 10 participants.
In order to be able to scientifically evaluate the results of the focus group discussions, the interviews will be audio-recorded with your consent. The recordings are used exclusively to create anonymized transcripts. After transcription, the audio recordings are deleted in accordance with data protection regulations. The evaluation will then be based on the anonymized statements. By agreeing to participate, you consent to this procedure.
As a thank you for your participation in the focus group discussion, you will receive an expense allowance of €50

The quality seal “Fair Recruitment Healthcare Germany” is issued by the Kuratorium Deutsche Altershilfe (KDA) on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Health (BMG). The German Competence Center for International Skilled Workers in the Health and Nursing Professions (DKF) is responsible for the (further) development of the criteria on which the seal of approval is based. It is awarded by the RAL Quality Association “Recruitment and Placement of Nursing Staff from Abroad” (GAPA) as a RAL quality mark.
