We invite interested companies to join us on a business tour at Saxony’s Leigthweight industry.

The Saxony Trade & Invest Corp. (Wirtschaftsförderung Sachsen GmbH, short WFS) and cooperation partnes* invite international industry experts, decision makers and managers come together during the B2B business trip to Saxony on June 17^th and June 19^th 2026.

We will offer a 3-day SAXONY!visit programme with attendance of two innovation events such as Saxon Innovation Summit 2026 and the 29th International Dresden Lightweight Engineering Symposium. We will round it up with business visits.

BENEFIT:

You receive a unique inside and presentation opportunity at a general Saxon Innovation event:
A very specific one day inside at the ligthweight conference with a special promo tickets.
The site visits will mainly focus on lightweight engineering topics.

IMPORTANT NOTE'S for this registration form:

1. Within this registration form:

Please complete all fields and consciously and at once.
Entries are only sent to us if you press the green "Register now" button at the end of the enquiry form.
Registration only becomes valid upon written confirmation by the organiser
In case you have important information to the organizer, use the "messages to organiser" box at the end
This registration will be for the 3-day-programme and busines trip at all.
As we do have "third-party events" included in the programme, an additional registration may occur. WFS will advise you, if it becomes relevant.

2. participants:

As we have a minimum and maximum number of participants, as well as a waiting list for each programme part, we kindly ask you to cancel your booking if you are unable to attend.
in case we do not reach the mimimum for the project or for a specific programme point, we reserve the right to cancel the event or the specific programme point

3. Costs:

The registration and programm is free of charge.
Attendees need to pay their own travel costs and accommodation costs, as well as any short-term cancellation fees.

4. Hotel:

Saxony Trade & Invest will provide a pre-reservation. You would be asked to confirm the hotel booking in advance with some personal details.
All transfers will be organised from/to the advised hotel.
If you don't use that service you need to organise your availibitly at the meeting points by yourself

Hotel reservation

We have a pre-reservation at Hotel Indigo Dresden (Wettiner Pl. 1, 01067 Dresden).

We have reserved 10 rooms for 4 nights (June 16th to June 20th) and 10 rooms reserverved for 2 nights (June 17th to June 19th).
The price indication for a single room will be 115,00€ inclusive Breakfast per night per person without accommodation tax 6,61€ per night.

Unless there is no chancelation, the payment will be at check-in.

All transfer wíll start and end at this hotel.

Each attendee need to write a mail to the hotel to confirm the booking and make a binding reservation.

Generell Information

Participation in this SAXONY!visit-project is free of charge (no registration fee). The costs for transfer within Saxony, lunches during program points as well as official dinner parts at the EEN networking event are included.
Only the costs for traveling to and from Saxony, the accommodation within Saxony and all activities outside the event have to be paid by the participants themselves. The entry fee to BESPOKED show will also not be included.
BikeBusinessAdventure focuses on B2B contacts, therefore we can not admit private individuals to this site program.
Places are limited, therefore a final confirmation through project managers will be neccessary.
Amendments in the programm are possible, the project managers will inform about changes asap.
