P4K Insights Spend Training (Basic & Advanced) " 2.0

The digitalization of our procurement processes - represented by P4K - has reached a new important milestone. On January 17^th 2023 we were able to make first invoice related spend data and reports available to all P4K insights users. On January 1^st 2024 we’ve added the Financial Procurement Performance Report, which allows you to measure procurement performance using a set of KPIs, build around the Material Price Variance (MPV) and enhanced by information derived from Savings and Energy reporting. You are now able to access three analysis tools, tailor-made for the requirements of the Knauf organization, the “spend breakdown analysis”, the “MPV breakdown analysis” as well as the “Financial Procurement Performance”.

The basic trainings are supposed to provide you with basic information about all three analysis tools as well as with the P4K insights user interface in general. As the advanced training sessions will focus on your specific needs, please make sure to send your questions or use cases in advance to Sebastian.Zedler@knauf.com.
