Should I Stay or Should I Go?

With tens of thousands of open IT vacancies, Germany is working on attracting (tech) talents from all over the world. The number of tech talents from the MENA region moving to work in Germany is increasing, especially from Tunisia and Egypt.

But does Germany remain the final destination for them? What makes them decide to stay or to leave? What needs to be changed and adjusted in Germany in order not to lose the talents it attracts?

We will share (success) stories and personal experiences by the MENA tech talents in Berlin.
