The PCR Part A has been revised and has been available as Version 1.5 since 1 August 2026. The updated version contains revised, supplemented and clarified requirements and regulations.
A six-month transition period applies to ongoing and already planned EPD projects: Until and including 31 January 2027, EPDs can continue to be submitted for verification based on the previous PCR Part A Version 1.4. EPDs that have already been published are not affected by the changes and remain valid.
