For Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin (HZB staff) only: Please indicate your Cost Center (or Co.-Number) here.
The participation fee (590 EUR) will be transferred internally for HZB staff.

During the conference, there will be a poster session. You can apply for one of the available poster slots. Please note that the allocation of a poster presentation slot is determined by the organizers. They will notify you of their decision in due course.

On Monday, 14th of September, we invite you to join the conference dinner at the venue.

Please note that for budgetary reasons, the dinner fee is an integral part of the participation fee and cannot be refunded (regardless of participation in the dinner).

Consent to recording, processing, and publication of personal data in the form of photographs

Photos that we take during the course of the event will be used by HZB for purposes of advertising and public relations. The consent given for the use of photos can be revoked.

The organizers would like to publish a list of participants that contains the full name and the affiliation of participants.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the organizers. Please send an email to gustav.graeber@hu-berlin.de and sandra.fischer@helmholtz-berlin.de.

Each case of cancellation will be considered individually. The organizers reserve the right to refuse reimbursement of parts or the total fee depending on the date of cancellation. In general, cancellations made up to three weeks before the start of the event (before August 24, 2026) may be eligible for a refund minus a processing fee of 50,00 EUR.

Unfortunately, refunds for cancellations received less than three weeks before the event cannot be granted. Thank you for your understanding.
