HdM International Week 2026

The HdM organises an International Week every year at the end of November. We look forward to welcoming colleagues from our partner universities to Stuttgart!

Name Badge QR Code

During International Week, you will receive a name badge with your name and a personalized QR code for connecting with HdM staff and other guests.

The QR code can link to your LinkedIn profile, an email address or a telephone number.



Registration Payment


The participation fee is €100. Tickets can be booked until 30 September 2026. Payment must be made through Eveeno platform, choosing the available payment methods.

Tickets purchased after 30 September 2026 will be subject to a higher price. From 1 October to 15 November 2026, tickets will be available for €150.

It will also be possible to purchase a ticket on-site for €150. On-site payments can only be made in cash. You will still need to fill out this registration form by 15 November 2026. 

The fee includes: Welcome Drinks on Monday,  lunches on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday,  Networking Dinner on Wednesday, as well as the whole programme apart from the Christmas Market visit on Thursday.

Data Protection Notice

This data collection and the temporary storage is carried out only for organizational matters related to the HdM International Week 2026. Attendee details will not be given out to a third party outside of the HdM.       

Filming/photography will be taking place throughout the week for promotional purposes as well as for an aftermovie. Photographs and recordings made are also likely to appear on the HdM website and via HdM/attendee social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

If you would prefer not to be photographed/filmed during the HdM International Week 2026, you are kindly asked to inform the HdM International Office team on arrival.
