Lunch & Learn: Project Management 101
Wednesday, July 15, 2026, 12:00–13:30 via Zoom | Dr. Sara Rogalski
Many companies expect applicants to be familiar with common project management methods. This short workshop introduces the key models, tools, and concepts, from classic to agile project management, in a compact and accessible way, with a clear focus on your future career. It enables you to translate your experience in research, supervision, and organization into concrete project management competencies and to communicate them confidently in job interviews.
Dr. Sara Rogalski is a priorities expert, educator, and former academic who helps individuals and organizations focus on what truly matters. Drawing on her background in English literature and years of research, she combines clarity, structure, and practicality to make better decision-making possible.
The Lunch-Academy, of which the Lunch & Learn is part, offers a range of short formats and interactive workshops designed specifically for early- and mid-career researchers, which complement our regular workshop program. In compact short workshops during lunchtime, we offer popular workshop topics for all those who do not want to commit to a whole day. We also use this format to try out new topics or to provide important impulses that do not require a full-day workshop. So you can use your lunch break effectively for further training and inspiration!
The event will be held in English. The Zoom link will be sent with the registration confirmation.
