Deadlines

Cancellation policy

Before September 01, 2025: full refund of registration fee
After September 01, 2025: no refund of registration fee
Cancellation needs to be directed in writing to the organization committee via email (symposium-2dcrystals@tu-dresden.de). Cancellation by telephone will NOT be accepted. Confirmation of timely receipt of the cancellation will be sent by email. If you do not receive a confirmation of cancellation by email, the cancellation is not legally valid. All refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Comprehensive access to the event program e.g., expert talks, presentations, poster exhibitions, etc.
Refreshments & light lunch during official breaks on all event days
Get-together during poster discussions incl. finger food & non-alcoholic drinks
Participation on the networking evening incl. dinner & non-alcoholic drinks
Participation on the social activity (guided walking tour)
Comprehensive support provided by organization committee
Registration fee cannot be reduced even if you won't be able to attend all conference activities, e.g., dinner, social visit, etc.

Only for participants from other city or country!
All reservations must be booked (and/or cancelled) directly with the hotel
At the Penck Hotel Dresden you can receive a special discount on the daily rate. Because of the limited number of rooms available, reservation should be made promptly. Please book your room via email (reservierung@penckhotel.de) or phone (+49 351 4922-785), keyword “2D-crystals-2025”.

Registration

The platform Eveeno will be used for pre-registration only!
Following your pre-registration you will receive further instructions, e.g. invoice, from the organization committee by email. Instructions are provided according to the category choosen, e.g. member of the CRC 1415, external researcher, exhibitor, etc.
Members of the CRC 1415 can attend for free (registration fee: 0,00 EUR)
External researchers & exhibitors are asked to pay 440,00 EUR registration fee
