- On September 5 and 6, 2026, Hamburg will once again be transformed into a hotspot for historical fencing. The Hanseschlag brings the HEMA community together for a weekend full of workshops, exchange and tournament action - sporty, cordial, international.
Whether you want to show off your skills in the Open or the Ladies+ tournament or are looking for new inspiration in the workshops: you can expect an event where passion and fairness take center stage.
Tournament registration - fair, transparent and binding
📌 Open category (48 places):
- 36 places will be allocated directly according to the order of registration
- 12 places are reserved for international fencers* until (June 30, 2026), after the deadline the unoccupied places will be filled by the waiting list.
📌 Ladies+ category (24 places):
- 18 places will be allocated directly
- 6 places are reserved for international participants until (June 30, 2026)
- The same applies here: After that, same as with the open category the still open places will go to the persons on the waiting list.

Important: Registration for the tournament is only valid once payment has been received.
The earlier you register, the better your chances of getting a place!
Regarding the schedule: Workshops are held on Saturdays and Sundays. The tournament is scheduled for Saturday!

Am 5. und 6. September 2026 verwandelt sich Hamburg wieder in einen Hotspot für historisches Fechten. Der Hanseschlag bringt die HEMA-Community für ein Wochenende voller Workshops, Austausch und Turnier-Action zusammen – sportlich, herzlich, international.
Ob du dein Können im Open oder im Damen+ Turnier zeigen willst oder neue Impulse in den Workshops suchst: Dich erwartet eine Veranstaltung, bei der Leidenschaft und Fairness im Vordergrund stehen.
Turnieranmeldung – fair, transparent und verbindlich
📌 Open-Kategorie (48 Plätze):
- 36 Plätze werden direkt nach Reihenfolge der Anmeldung vergeben
- 12 Plätze sind bis (30. Juni 2026) für internationale Fechtende reserviert, nach Ablauf der Frist werden die unbesetzten Plätze durch die Warteliste aufgefüllt.
📌 Damen+ Kategorie (24 Plätze):
- 18 Plätze werden direkt vergeben
- 6 Plätze sind bis (30. Juni 2026) für internationale Fechtende reserviert
- Auch hier gilt: Danach rückt die Warteliste nach

Wichtig: Die Anmeldung zum Turnier ist nur mit Zahlungseingang gültig.
Je früher ihr euch anmeldet, desto größer ist die Chance auf einen Platz!
Zum Zeitplan: Workshops finden samstags und sonntags statt. Das Turnier ist für Samstag geplant!
