SAXONY!visit – A Business Trip to Saxony: Visualisations in construction and restoration of Cultural Heritage (Denkmal)

We invite interested companies to join us on a business tour to Saxony’s  

The Saxony Trade & Invest Corp. (Wirtschaftsförderung Sachsen GmbH, short WFS) and cooperation partnes* invite international industry experts, decision makers and managers from the construction and heritage conservation sectors come together during the B2B business trip to Saxony on November 03^rd and November 07^th 2026. Explore best practice examples in 3D visualization and modeling for the heritage conservation sectors in Saxony.

We will offer a 3-4 day SAXONY!visit programme with attendance of two tradeshows such as DENKMAL and the MUTEC.  
We will round it up with business visits.

BENEFIT: 

• You receive a unique inside and presentation opportunity at a general Saxon event for restoration related to the culture heritage segement.
• A very specific inside at the trade shows Denkmal and MUTEC  with a special promo tickets.
• The site visits will mainly focus on visualisation, 3D, digital twin topics in in restoration ans construction.

IMPORTANT NOTE'S for this registration form: 

1. Within this registration form:

• Please complete all fields and consciously and at once.
• Entries are only sent to us if you press the green "Register now" button at the end of the enquiry form.
• Registration only becomes valid upon written confirmation by the organiser
• In case you have important information to the organizer, use the "messages to organiser" box at the end
• This registration will be for the 3-day-programme and busines trip at all, but not for third party events such as "Contact Matching event"
• As we do have "third-party events" included in the programme, an additional registration may occur. WFS will advise you, if it becomes relevant.

2. participants: 

• As we have a minimum and maximum number of participants, as well as a waiting list for each programme part, we kindly ask you to cancel your booking if you are unable to attend.
• in case we do not reach the mimimum for the project or for a specific programme point, we reserve the right to cancel the event or the specific programme point

3. Costs:

• The registration and programm is free of charge.
• Attendees need to pay their own travel costs and accommodation costs, as well as any short-term cancellation fees.

4. Hotel:

• Please book your hotel at your own behalf and cost.

5. Transfers:

• All transfers will be organised from/to a central point.
• We will have a pick up place and a meeting place at Leipziger Messe 
• We may use public transport
• All important information could be find at event app (LineUpr)

6. LineUpr

• We will provide the link for event app after registration
• This is a browserbased solution and will give you a general frame for the site programm SAXONY!visit.
  We will not have the full programme points from tradeshow / third party event itself. Check at the relevant event for the detailed programme.
• At the moment you will not find any profiles of attendees or delegation members. We may add profiles of the delegation group later on.

For logistical aspect of the SAXONY!visit project follwowing Hotel in Leipzig would be recommended
Hotel Motel One, Post (Meeting point A)
Hotel SeaSide  (Meeting point B)
Meeting point C  will be something at Messe Leipzig close to Congress Center (CCL)

• All transfer wíll start and end at the Motelone-Post or close. We will advise accordingly.
• Participants are required to organize their own travel to and from Leipzig (Saxony, Germany). For the SAXONY!visit Project please arrive on November 3rd and stay until 07th November. 
• The hotel charges and, if relevant, cancellation fees are in the responsibility of the attendee.
• Please choose approciate chancelation conditions. In case we do not reach the minimum number of participants, we may need to chancel the complete project.
• You may be asked to finalize the reservation with your personal details by sending an email to the hotel.
• If you stay at a different hotel, you are fully responsible for being on time at the meeting points A, B or C or D.
• Please advise us wihtin this registration or later by mail, where are you gooing to stay.
• Early booking is recommended.

Hotel portal from Leipziger Messe:

There is a possibility book your hotel via the tradeshow hotelbooking portal. Possible booking period for hotels over the portal: 04th November 2026 - 08th November 2026. 
Should you require additional nights, which is recommended for the complete SAXONY!visit Programm - please indicate this in your booking after selecting the hotel. Leipzig Messe will check the availability in your chosen hotel.
The Hotel Portal (https://www.denkmal-leipzig.de/de/besuchen/hotel-buchen) for this will be open until 27th October 2026 13:00 (CET) otherwise use usual or other booking portals.
