The future of work is not only about technology — it’s about experience.
Every day, thousands of people apply for jobs, wait for feedback, prepare for interviews, and start new roles. These moments shape how people feel about companies. They influence trust, motivation, and long-term engagement. Yet today, many of these experiences are still inefficient, unclear, and fragmented. Candidates submit applications and receive little feedback. New hires start their first day feeling uncertain or overwhelmed. What should be exciting moments often turn into frustration and confusion. This is where your ideas come in.
In this hackathon, we focus on the key moments in the workforce journey — from the first application to the first weeks on the job. These are the moments where experience often breaks, and where better solutions can make a real difference. Your challenge is to rethink these moments using Artificial Intelligence. Not as a replacement for human interaction, but as a way to guide, support, and create transparency for people.
Over two days, you will work in teams to design AI-powered concepts, prototypes, and interfaces that improve real-world recruiting and onboarding experiences. This is not about building perfect systems. It is about understanding real problems, creating meaningful solutions, and designing experiences that truly support people. Focus on one moment. Improve it deeply. And design the experience you would expect yourself.
Please note that each team member must register individually. During registration, every participant should include the same team name, so that we can assign all members to the correct team. As the organizer, we will combine individual registrations with other individual registrations to form mixed teams.
