During GCPR + VMV 2026, photographs may be taken for advertising and social media purposes. By attending the conference, participants agree to the use of such material unless they explicitly object. If you do not wish to be photographed, please send an email to gcpr-vmv@uni-siegen.de before the conference begins, and we will make sure to exclude you from any photos.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations received before 22.08.26 the fee will be refunded with a 25% deduction plus 50,00 EUR handling fee.
For cancellations received between 22.08.26 and 10.09.26, the fee will be refunded with a 50% deduction plus 50,00 EUR handling fee.
For cancellations occurring after 10.09.26 no refunds can be made.
Bank administration fee and credit card fee will not be refunded.
The registration of participation is binding.
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
The conference program may be subject to changes.
