Sa. 31.01. 14:00-17:00 Patchwork & Slow Stitching Workshop
Workshop. Come spend an afternoon in good company, surrounded by fabric, thread, and inspiration. Leave with a handmade purse and the satisfaction of something crafted slowly, by hand. In this relaxed, creative workshop, we’ll be making patchwork folded purses – small, one-of-a-kind pieces stitched together from layers of fabric, texture, and memory. Under the gentle guidance of d.a.i. Quilting Bee Helen Boeckh, you’ll explore basic patchwork techniques and the quiet rhythm of slow stitching. Each purse will tell its own story – a patchwork of color, pattern, and personal touch.
All materials will be provided, but you’re warmly encouraged to bring any special threads, cloth scraps, buttons or meaningful items you’d like to include in your work. These personal touches make every piece unique.
This is a small, intimate workshop – limited to 10 participants – ensuring plenty of space, time, and attention for each maker.
