Leider haben wir gestern eine Absage der Gruppe "Valsavirs" erhalten, bei denen eine Musikerin nicht mitspielen kann.
Deshalb wurde jetzt eine Änderung der Band-Reihenfolge am Samstag nötig und das Raffaele Antoniotti Duo wird länger spielen.
Zusätzlich gibt es ein weiteres Schmankerl: Am Samstag teilen sich Lucas Thébaut und Aurélien Claranbaux die Zeit zwischen 0.00 und 2.00 Uhr.
Beide werden sowohl solo zu hören sein, als auch zusammen als "Duo Porto".
Dadurch musste wir noch mal den "Stundenplan" aktualisieren und haben auch gleich die Workshop-Themen mit eingetragen
Unfortunately yesterday we received a cancellation from the group "Valsavirs", in which a musician cannot play.
Therefore it was necessary to change the band order on Saturday and the Raffaele Antoniotti Duo will play longer.
There is also another treat: On Saturday, Lucas Thebaut and Aurélien Claranbaux share the time between midnight and 2 a.m.

Durch unser diesjähriges Konzept mit Innen- und Außentanzfläche konnten wir einige TänzerInnen von der Warteliste mit zum Festival dazu nehmen. Und: Heute haben wir auch noch mal den "Stundenplan" aktualisiert.
This year's concept with indoor and outdoor dance floors allowed us to take some dancers from the waiting list to the festival. And: Today we also updated the "timetable" again.

Zuerst die gute Nachricht: Das Dañserlà 2021 wird stattfinden und die meisten der angefragten Bands kommen auch tatsäächlich nach Erlangen.
Dann die schlechte Nachricht: Das Festival ist nach aktuellem Stand schon komplett ausverkauft.
Falls sich die Voraussetzungen noch ändern sollten, würden wir aber noch Leute von der Nachrück-Liste mit dazu nehmen. Diese Nachrückliste können wir aber erst ganz kurz vor dem Dañserlà eröffnen. Dafür bitten wir um Verständnis (wir wollen keine falschen Hoffnungen schüren...)
Was hat sich im Vergleich zum Mai geändert? Nhac kommt leider erst nächstes Jahr, dafür konnten wir das Raffaele Antoniotti Duo aus Italien gewinnen.
Ti Duo spielt nur als Teil von Fahrenheit, dafür gibt es jetzt aber La Sauterelle (das sind 2/3 von Beat Buet Trio).
Statt Hartwin Dhoore, der leider dieses Jahr nicht anreisen kann, haben wir Marcus Krimmer & Andreas Neumann aus Frankfurt dabei.
First the good news: The Dañserlà 2021 will take place and most of the requested bands will actually come to Erlangen.
Then the bad news: As things stand at the moment, the festival is already completely sold out.
If the conditions should change, we would take people from the replacement list with us. We can only open this replacement list shortly before the Dañserlà. We ask for your understanding (we don't want to stir up false hopes ...)
What has changed since May? Unfortunately Nhac won't come until next year, so we were able to win the Raffaele Antoniotti Duo from Italy.
Ti Duo only plays as part of Fahrenheit, but now there's La Sauterelle (that's 2/3 of Beat Buet Trio).
Instead of Hartwin Dhoore, who unfortunately cannot come this year, we have Marcus & Andreas from Frankfurt with us.

Aktuell sind Veranstaltungen nicht gestattet, wir bleiben aber optimistisch, dass sich das bis Anfang Juli noch ändert.
Deshalb begrenzen wir momentan die Teilnehmerzahl auf 50 TänzerInnen, damit wir die C-Regeln gut einhalten können.
Falls sich die bei Veranstaltungen zulässige Zahl an Teilnehmern/Innen erhöhen sollte, werden wir auch mehr Tickets für's Dañserlà 2021 anbieten.
Es lohnt sich somit, sich auf die Warteliste zu setzen.
Events are currently not permitted, but we remain optimistic that this will change by the beginning of July.
That is why we are currently limiting the number of participants to 50 dancers so that we can adhere to the C-rules.
If the number of participants allowed for events increases, we will also offer more tickets for Dañserlà 2021.
It is therefore worth putting yourself on the waiting list.

Vom Erlanger Bahnhof ist man knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs zum Kulturforum Logenhaus,
der Schlossgarten und die Erlanger Innenstadt liegen in Lauf-Entfernung).

the palace gardens and Erlangen city center are within walking distance).
Kosten: 150,- € Supporter-Ticket
99,- € für das Kombi-Ticket (Do./Fr./Sa./So.)
50,- € für das Kombi-Ticket (siehe oben) für TeilnehmerInnen mit Wohnsitz in Polen, Tschechien oder Russland
for participants residing in Poland, in the Czech Republic or in Russia
35,- € für das Kombi-Ticket (siehe oben) für TeilnehmerInnen unter 26 Jahren (for participants under 26 years of age)
Kinder bis 12 Jahre: freier Eintritt (bitte trotzdem mit anmelden).

Alle Workshops und Bälle können in diesem Jahr leider nur von BesitzerInnen eines Kombi-Tickets besucht werden.
Unfortunately, this year all workshops and balls can only be attended by holders of a combi-ticket.
Anmeldung / Kartenvorverkauf:
Hier über eveeno, allerdings nur bis Freitag 25.6.2021, denn am Montag, 28.6. müssen wir dem Caterer die Anzahl der Essen mitteilen. Danach ist es natürlich auch noch möglich direkt zum Festival zu kommen und die gewünschte Karte/das gewünschte Bändchen an der Abendkasse zu kaufen, allerdings nur, wenn es dann noch Tickets gibt (wir sind dieses Jahr auf 50 TeilnehmerInnen begrenzt).
Essen bestellen hier vor Ort geht leider nicht. Das bekommt unser Caterer nicht hin.
Noch was: Bitte jede Person einzeln anmelden.
Nach Anmeldung der ersten Person erscheint ein Auswahl-Knopf "weitere Personen anmelden".
Kinder bis 12 Jahren bitte auch einzeln eintragen (v. a. auch wegen Essensbestellung).

After the first person has registered, a selection button "Register additional persons" appears.
Please also enter children up to the age of 12 individually (especially when ordering food).
Eveeno schickt Euch nach der Anmeldung eine Bestätigungsmail mit der Kontoverbindung, auf die Ihr dann bitte den Teilnehmerbeitrag innerhalb von 14 Tagen überweist. Die Gebühren für mehrere Personen könnt ihr gerne als einen Betrag überweisen (bitte immer die entsprechende/n Buchungsnummer/n mit angeben).
Nach dem Zahlungseingang erhaltet Ihr eine zweite Mail mit der Zusage, dass Ihr beim Dañserlà 2021 mit dabei seid (das dauert manchmal auch ein paar Tage, da wir den Zahlungseingang "von Hand" überprüfen müssen).
Wenn das Festival abgesagt werden muss: siehe unten unter Rücktrittsregeln.
After registering, Eveeno will send you a confirmation email with the account details to which you should then transfer the participation fee within 14 days. You are welcome to transfer the fees for several people as one amount (please always include the corresponding booking number / s).
After the payment has been received, you will receive a second email confirming that you will be part of the Dañserlà 2021 (this sometimes takes a few days because we have to check the payment "by hand").
If the festival has to be canceled: see below under cancellation rules.
Merchandising:
Dieses Jahr lassen wir auch wieder kleine Handtücher mit dem Dañserlà-Logo besticken.
Wenn Ihr sicher gehen wollt, bestellt Euren Wunsch bitte gleich bei der Anmeldung mit.
Außerden haben wir für Euch eine Festival-Tasse mit dem Dañserlà-Logo 2021 vorbereitet,
die beim Festival zum All-You-Can-Drink von Kaffee oder Tee berechtigt.
Bitte beachten: Alle Merchandising-Artikel lassen sich nur bis zum Dienstag, 15.06.2021 bestellen,
damit sie zum Festival auch noch rechtzeitig für Euch fertig sind.
This year we will have small towels embroidered with the Dañserlà logo again.
If you want to be sure, please order your request when you register.
We have also prepared a festival mug for you with the Dañserlà logo 2021,
which entitles you to an all-you-can-drink of coffee or tea at the festival.
Please note: All merchandising articles can only be ordered until Tuesday, June 15, 2021,
so that they are ready for you in time for the festival.
Rücktrittsregelung:
Wenn wir das Festival absagen müssen, z. B. weil das Kontaktverbot in Bayern bis dahin immer noch nicht aufgehoben wurde, überweisen wir natürlich allen den Teilnehmerbeitrag und die Kosten für die bestellten Essen vollständig zurück.
Wer will, kann das Geld in so einem Fall auch für 2022 "stehen lassen" und wir verrechnen es beim nächsten Dañserlà.
Bei Rücktritt (Abmeldung, Nichtteilnahme, Krankheit) gilt folgende Regelung:
• Bei Rücktritt mehr als 4 Wochen vor dem Dañserlà: Erstattung des Teilnahmebetrages und der gebuchten Zusatzleistungen abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von 5,00 €.
• Bei Rücktritt zwischen 4 Wochen und 1 Woche vor dem Dañserlà: Erstattung der Hälfte des Teilnahmebetrages und der gebuchten Zusatzleistungen.
• Bei Rücktritt ab 1 Woche vor dem Dañserlà: Leider keine Erstattung der Teilnahmegebühr und der Kosten für Zusatzleistungen möglich.
• Bei Quarantäne, z. B. weil man Kontaktperson ist: Erstattung des Teilnahmebetrages und der gebuchten Zusatzleistungen abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von 5,00 €.
If we have to cancel the festival, e.g. B. because the ban on contact in Bavaria has still not been lifted by then, we will of course transfer the participation fee and the cost of the food ordered back to everyone in full.
If you want, you can "leave" the money in such a case for 2022 and we will offset it at the next Dañserlà.
In the event of withdrawal (cancellation, non-participation, illness), the following rule applies:
• If you withdraw more than 4 weeks before the Dañserlà: Reimbursement of the participation fee and the additional services booked minus a processing fee of € 5.00.
• If you withdraw between 4 weeks and 1 week before the Dañserlà: Reimbursement of half of the participation fee and the additional services booked.
• If you cancel 1 week before the Dañserlà: Unfortunately, the participation fee and the costs for additional services are not reimbursed.
• In the case of quarantine, e. B. because you are a contact person: Reimbursement of the participation fee and the additional services booked minus a processing fee of € 5.00.
